Calculate Your Way to Freedom

In the 21st century, a phenomenal invention had been presented to the world. This invention was a tool every human being possessed. This creation opened up a road for a new world, a new life, and a new environment. With it, humans could calculate their life distance, save people by finding the exact number of hours they had left to survive. It was indeed the heart of all human beings, the key to their survival, and most importantly, the answer to finding a new world in the nightmare of destruction.

Like many inventions made during this time, they were not always used for the good of the people. Evil-minded, foul, monstrous people would turn these inventions into destructive devices that worked against the people. That is how the Sincos War happened and things started to fall apart. That is where our story begins.

In the year 9002, the whole Earth was filled with numbers. “Log” of trees were planted along the matrix, graphs were the road of all variables, or cars, that people rode in. Everything revolved around numbers. Algebra was their religious book that people learned by heart. After the Sincos War that happened in 7045, the evil had taken full control over the world. People without the knowledge of numbers were counted as negative reciprocals, another words, outcasts. Though the rules people had to follow were strict and restricted, there were those that worked undercover and tried to escape this world of outrage. It took centuries for these undercover people to find new proofs and send them down generation to generation to save the people from being in control of the evil mathematical world.

So in the 91st century, these people developed what was called the Test to the New World. By using their “tools,” they had a test that they had to calculate their way through to arrive in the New World. There were 10 questions and every time they accomplished one test, they needed to wait 5 years to take the next question. The hard part was, if they missed one question, they had to start all over again. There were only couple of people who had disappeared into the new world, but normal people had failed or died along the way. And even those who had disappeared, people never knew what really happened to them--they just had to believe.

Now the villains, the Cos Pirates, had heard about this test that led people away from the new world, and were quick to stop them from going anywhere. So as sneaky as they were, during the process of taking the test, they had manipulated the calculations and sent people away from the galaxy and beyond. They had unleashed another invention they didn’t intend to make, a spontaneous time traveling machine. And one day, the most enormous fight had happened between the strongest Cos Pirate and the inventors. By using their inventions, they battled their way to survive. Squaring and rooting, dividing numbers, shielding with additions. The evil people were able to manipulate life distances so that they could subtract people's lives or completely locked into the world. In the end, the Cos Pirate used the strongest, most powerful weapon of all, the restart key.

After pressing the restart button, everyone--inventors, average citizens, the Cos Pirates--all exploded into tiny, miniscule molecules and flew at the speed of light. It is concluded that all of these molecules made up the existing numbers of our world today.
